Fictional process R-01: recruiter requests availability → candidate replies → coordinator checks interviewers → recruiter confirms. An interviewer change reopens the email chain.
Fictional process F-01: applicant provides documents → operations checks completeness → compliance reviews → operations requests missing items. The checklist does not distinguish missing from expired documents.

Handoff design
Give the coordinator a single availability record and a clear change owner. Draft confirmations, but require a person to send them.
Validation plan
Track rescheduling causes, missing availability and incorrect confirmations. Confirm consent before connecting any real calendar.

Handoff design
Separate completeness and expiry flags in a checklist. Leave identity verification, compliance review and account approval with authorized staff.
Validation plan
Test missing, expired and unreadable samples. Measure false flags and missed exceptions before considering a real-data pilot.
